THOMAS A. RICHARDSON
Tom Richardson was admitted to the Law Society of
Upper Canada in 1972, having graduated from the University of Western Ontario
with a B.A. and an LL.B. Tom is a former City Solicitor for the City of St.
Catharines who now specializes in administrative, environmental and municipal law.
His practice focuses upon land use law with particular emphasis on matters
leading to the Ontario Municipal Board, the Environmental Assessment Board and
the Niagara Escarpment Commission.
His practice includes a full range of development
and environment applications acting for municipalities, developers and
ratepayers groups. These applications have ranged from commercial
developments to plans of subdivision and non-profit housing co-ops to rural
severances and minor variances. He is a member and past President of the
Lincoln Law Association and a member of the Canadian Bar Association, where he
is currently a member of the executive of the Municipal Law Section, Ontario
Bar Association. |
