PETER A. MAHONEY

Peter Mahoney was called to the Bar and admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1986. He graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 1981 with a B.A. and from Dalhousie University Faculty of Law in 1984 with an L.L.B.

Peter is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Lincoln County Law Association. Since his call to the bar, Peter has carried on a practice in general civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial, construction and insurance Law, which has brought him before all levels of courts and various administrative tribunals.
