JOSEPH M. GOTTLI
Joseph Gottli was admitted to The Law Society of
Upper Canada (Ontario) and commenced practicing law in 1982. Born in Hungary,
he received his secondary education in Winnipeg and holds B.Sc. (1974), M.B.A.
(1979) and LL.B. (1980) degrees.
Joseph practices in the areas of
construction and corporate/commercial law, with particular emphasis on
litigation and resolution of business disputes,
mortgage and security enforcement, construction liens, bond/surety and trust
claims, and advising on contractual rights and remedies. He has appeared before
all courts in Ontario. Joseph advocates and is involved in mediation and
arbitration proceedings and also acts as a neutral ADR practitioner. He
provides timely, effective advice and service to institutional, corporate and
individual clients, including owner-developers, project lenders, contractors,
trades and suppliers.
Joseph is a member of Lincoln County Law Association
and Canadian Bar Association, including its Business Law, Construction Law and
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) sections. He is Past President of Niagara
Construction Association and a director of the Construction Law Section of
Ontario Bar Association. Joseph also sits on the Construction Law Specialty
Committee of the Law Society of Upper Canada. |
