Joseph Dallal was called to the Bar and admitted to
The Law Society of Upper Canada in 1976. He graduated from York University with
a B.A. in 1971 and from University of Windsor Law School in 1974. He is a
member of the Canadian Bar Association, a member of the Advocates' Society and
has served as a Director of the Advocates' Society. Joseph's practice is
limited to civil litigation. His practice is
broadly defined and incorporates all aspects of tort and commercial law with
particular emphasis on defense of insurance related claims, insurance policy
interpretation and actions relating to professional negligence and commercial
law.
