GLEN W. McCANN

Glen McCann was called to the Bar and admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1990. He graduated from Brock University with a B.A. in 1985 and University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 1988.

He is a member of the Lincoln Law Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Tax Foundation. He teaches business law in the Faculty of Accounting and Business at Brock University. He is also active in community and charitable organizations in Niagara.

Glen's practice is concentrated in corporate and commercial transactions and in income tax planning and implementation. He also represents clients in dealings with Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (formerly Revenue Canada) and in tax appeals to the courts.
