BRADLEY J. TROUP

Brad Troup was called to the Bar and admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2002. He graduated from York University with an Hons. B.A. in 1996, from Wilfrid Laurier University with an M.A. in 1997 and from the University of Windsor with an LL.B. in 2001.

Brad practices exclusively in the areas of employment and labour law. He advises employers and employees on a wide range of matters concerning wrongful dismissal actions, the Employment Standards Act, the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Employment Insurance Act, and the Workplace Safety Insurance Act.
