Administrative Law Group
The administrative law group is recognized as the
largest and most experienced group of practitioners in Niagara. We have
represented our clients in many areas of administrative law and before many
different administrative tribunals including:
- representation before municipal councils and
the Ontario Municipal Board ~ in amendments to planning documents (Official
Plans and Zoning By-laws) ~ in subdivision approval (plans of subdivision and
severance)
- in environmental approvals including before the
Environmental Assessment Board
- in labour arbitrations before the Ontario
Civilian Commission on Police Services (OCCOPS)
